Service: deepfake.cybercastrum.com  ·  Last updated: 2026-09-03

This Privacy Policy explains how deepfake.cybercastrum.com (the “Service”) handles information. It should be read together with the Terms of Use & Disclaimer. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

3. Retention

Uploaded files are currently deleted from the server immediately after analysis. The result report (which may contain small thumbnail images generated during analysis) may be retained to display your result. Anti-abuse technical data is transient and is not persisted with results.

4. Model training

Uploaded content is not used to train our models. Files are deleted immediately after analysis. Should this ever change, this Policy will be updated and consent obtained beforehand.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Uploaded content and results are not shared with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g. hosting and content-delivery/security infrastructure) or as required by law.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect uploaded content, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), isolated processing, and prompt deletion after analysis. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we accept no responsibility or liability for any data leakage, loss, or unauthorized access. You upload at your own risk.

7. Your rights

Because the Service is anonymous and uploads are deleted after analysis, we generally hold no personal data that can be linked back to you. Where applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) grants you rights to access, correct, or erase personal data, or to raise a grievance, you may contact us using the details in the Terms. If we cannot identify data as belonging to you, we may be unable to action such requests.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children, and you must not upload content depicting the exploitation or abuse of any person, including minors.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

10. Contact & grievances

For privacy questions or grievances (including under the DPDP Act, 2023), contact the operator via linkedin.com/in/krishnareddypadala.

This Policy is provided for the operator's convenience and is not legal advice. If and when uploaded content (which may include faces and other sensitive personal data) is actually retained for training, have this Policy reviewed by a qualified attorney and ensure a valid lawful basis and grievance mechanism are in place.
